Journeyman/Apprentice Electrician
Fargo based company looking for 2 Journeyman Electrician’s and 1 Apprentice electrician. These are permanent full time positions. Must be willing to relocate. Please apply on-line at ercstaffing.com
Must have Journeyman electrician license. Apprentice must have previous experience in the electrical field.
Journeyman pay $21.00 to $23.00 per hour.
Apprentice pay $13.00 to $15.00 per hour.
Tool Shop/ Maker
Repair and/or modify tools in a timely manner. Work with production/technical to develop tool modification ideas, along with overall process improvement ideas. Repair damaged molds. Design and build fixtures. Work with Engineering Technician’s. Check all new tools coming in to make sure they do not need any work prior to being sampled. Meet with other supervisors and the technical department on a regular basis to communicate progress on projects and to help support production. Sharpen and build tools used by production. Work on special projects and other duties as assigned
CSR/ Commercial Lines Insurance
Responsible for providing professional service to customers in the handling and processing of new and renewal commercial accounts. Accountable for maintaining high service standards in keeping with agency guidelines. Provide timely and professional service when interacting with clients, and company personnel. Maintain knowledge of current marketplace. Knowledge of AMF 360 Computer Software a plus. Must be licensed, as per state requirements. Must have the ability to positively interact with customer, carriers, and co-workers. Must posses good verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to make decisions and provide other support when apparent, required or needed.
Office Assistant/ Quickbooks
Looking for a part time office assistant for a temporary position. 15-20 hours per week. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Accounts payable, accounts receivable, and submitting orders using quickbooks. Answering phones,taking messages, filing, waiting on customers. Looking for a detail oriented person with previous quickbooks experience willing to work part time.
Customer Service/ Inside Sales
The Customer Service Dept. is responsible for communication between us, our customers, and our Sales Reps. This includes communicating the customer needs to the Operations Dept. through order entry and written and verbal communication, coordinating all quoting activity, and coordinating all new projects. The Customer Service is ultimately responsible for customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
1. Coordinate all new projects with customers. 2. Type up and submit RFQ’s. 3. Manage the excel spready sheet, where we track quotes, to assure information is up to date and accurate. 4. Enter Sales Orders. 5. Work with Operations. Purchasing, Quality, Technical, and Logistics with any issues regarding quality, pricing and/or delivery of product. 6. Organize/file for new and existing projects. 7. Work with Accounting to add new customers into IQMS, including coordinating getting the customers to fill out a credit form. 8. Filing. 9. Run Open Sales Order reports. 10. Coordinate all production orders with Operations/ Scheduling to ensure they are delivered on time. 11. Review and update pricing regularly to ensure profitability for the company. 12. Maintain accurate item masters in IQMS (pricing, rev levels, current prints, notes, etc). 13. Website Maintenance when required by customers. 14. NAFTA 15. Make sure the customer is happy while maintaining profitability for the company.
Customer Service Representative/ Wadena
Provide excellent customer service to clients in person and over the phone. This position requires a person with above average computer knowledge. Good typing skills. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions recording inquiries including any comments and complaints. Interact with customers to provide accurate information in response to questions about products and services. Listen to customers to help resolve any issues.

Part time Receptionist
Looking for a part time receptionist. This person will be working 8 am to 5pm, 3 to 4 days per week. March through October.
You will be responsible for but not limited to: Answering phones, greeting clients. Typing up forms, putting packets together. Accounts receivable. Giving directions. (Must be familiar with the Brainerd Lakes Area).
