Local steak house is looking for a full time Sous Chef.  The sous chef is responsible for planning and directing food preparation in a kitchen.   A sous chef must possess the ability to quickly and authoritatively delegate job tasks to the  staff. As assistant to the Executive Chef, the Sous Chef will help with menu planning, inventory, and managing of supplies. He or she may also aid in making sure the kitchen is up to safety standards, and that staff are obeying sanitation rules.  Pays $10.00 to $13.00 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Answering phones in a professional manner. Enter new listings into MLS. Revise changes in MLS. Lock box checkout and inventory. Check/Forward incoming faxes and e-mails. Schedule showings.  Confirming showings with homeowners. Posting on facebook. Proficient with Word and Excel. This is a Saturday only job for now, but there would be room for advancement for the right person.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Answering multi line phone with a smile. Greet and assist clients in a professional manner.  Make a great first impression for clients. Filing client paperwork. Proficient with Work and Outlook.  Great organizational skills.  Able to pay attention to detail.  Perform additional responsibilities as requested.

Operate CNC Turning equipment.  Must have some prior experience or technical school training on CNC – - NOT just manual lathe.  To start, set-up will be done by others; however our client would train the right candidate to do set-ups and then run parts.  Previous experience operating CNC. Pay based on qualifications and previous experience.

Operator level on Press Brakes, insert presses, along with assembly work.  Must have Industrial math experience, blueprint basics, and press brake operations experience. Pay is based on qualifications and previous experience.  Previous experience with press brakes.

This position requires a person that can do meticulous, hand detailing work to remove sharp edges, or burs from fabricated or machined parts.  Must be able to pay attention to detail.  Must have excellent eye to hand coordination skills to be very particular about their work and able to follow directions.  Pay based on previous experience and qualifications.

Looking for assistance with event set-ups and tear-downs for several events through out the entire summer.  This job will consist of helping with setting up tents, dance floors, tables, chairs, games, etc.. Tearing equipment down after the events and helping with cleaning the products.  Great attitude.  Ability to work weekends.  Must have reliable transportation.  Must be able to be on your feet all day.
