CSR/ Commercial Lines Insurance

Responsible for providing professional service to customers in the handling and processing of new and renewal commercial accounts.  Accountable for maintaining high service standards in keeping with agency guidelines. 
Provide timely and professional service when interacting with clients, and company personnel.
Maintain knowledge of current marketplace. 
Knowledge of AMF 360 Computer Software a plus.    Must be licensed, as per state requirements.   
Must have the ability to positively interact with customer, carriers, and co-workers.  Must posses good verbal and written communication skills.
Must have the ability to make decisions and provide other support when apparent, required or needed.
