Customer Service/ Inside Sales
The Customer Service Dept. is responsible for communication between us, our
customers, and our Sales Reps. This includes communicating the customer needs to the
Operations Dept. through order entry and written and verbal communication,
coordinating all quoting activity, and coordinating all new projects. The Customer
Service is ultimately responsible for customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
1. Coordinate all new projects with customers. 2. Type up and submit RFQ’s. 3. Manage the excel spready sheet, where we track quotes, to assure information is up to date and accurate. 4. Enter Sales Orders. 5. Work with Operations. Purchasing, Quality, Technical, and Logistics with any issues regarding quality, pricing and/or delivery of product. 6. Organize/file for new and existing projects. 7. Work with Accounting to add new customers into IQMS, including coordinating getting the customers to fill out a credit form. 8. Filing. 9. Run Open Sales Order reports. 10. Coordinate all production orders with Operations/ Scheduling to ensure they are delivered on time. 11. Review and update pricing regularly to ensure profitability for the company. 12. Maintain accurate item masters in IQMS (pricing, rev levels, current prints, notes, etc). 13. Website Maintenance when required by customers. 14. NAFTA 15. Make sure the customer is happy while maintaining profitability for the company.
