Customer Service Representative/ Wadena

Provide excellent customer service to clients in person and over the phone.  This position requires a person with above average computer knowledge.  Good typing skills.  
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions recording inquiries including any comments and complaints.
Interact with customers to provide accurate information in response to questions about products and services.  Listen to customers to help resolve any issues.

Excellent customer service skills.  Great computer skills including typing, spelling and grammar.  Ability to listen and learn.  Problem solving skills.
Must be willing to get insurance license, (life, health, property/casualty) if you do not already possess one.
