Repair and/or modify tools in a timely manner.  Work with production/technical to develop tool modification ideas, along with overall process improvement ideas.
Repair damaged molds. Design and build fixtures.  Work with Engineering Technician’s.  Check all new tools coming in to make sure they do not need any work prior to being sampled.  Meet with other supervisors and the technical department on a regular basis to communicate progress on projects and to help support production.  Sharpen and build tools used by production.  Work on special projects and other duties as assigned
